Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment program encompasses all services, funded by two services IDS and social security; our services consist of the RSA, intake, and assessment, follow-up with job development, placement, and job intake assessment receive authorization from RSA.

We follow up with that person. We have to contact clients within two days. Intake is a comprehensive assessment of the skills of a person. Job development for RSA we are funded for three (3) months. RSA persons are all individual service, 90 days to find a person a job. 

Job Coaching and Placement

These can all be together, or they can pick and choose which services are needed. Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)short term, DDA/DDS is long term. 

Department of Disability Services (DDS) is prepared to assist adults with differing abilities to find employment. Simple support of jobs, job carving. Specialized employment for the person. The goal is to get the person to a satisfactory level of independence. 

Employment services are the continuum,

Skilled coaches to support to maintain job independently.
